Dori Friend is also an upper level SEO specialist.  Her forte is building super powerful blog networks.  She’s the founder of SEO Nitro, which is her highest-priced private blog network for hardcore SEO’s…

One cool thing about Dori Friend is that she’s a lot like me — very much the “anti-guru” who refuses to use hype, flash and other bogus marketing tactics.  Any video I’ve watched with Dori has been very laid back, no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is type of content, where nothing is held back or hidden.

Dori always points out the pros and cons to any of her search engine optimization services and blog networks.  Even in the SEO Link Monster early bird webinar, she pointed out that this service is what’s known as gray hat, meaning it’s technically like trying to game the system.

Don’t be scared by this though.

As long as your on-page content is worthwhile, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with using SEO tools to jump start the ranking process.  After all, if your site vibes with users, it’ll then get the natural back links that these visitors will produce by sharing your posts and pages through social media networks, forums and other websites they use.

SEO Link Monster Review

So, like I said in the video at the top of the page, I give this service two thumbs up.  I’ve been able to get one top ranking after the next, even in the most competitive of niches (like weight loss, Internet marketing and so on), and the main reason for my continued success has been the strategic use of blog networks.

SEO Link Monster is just that:  a ginormous growing network of over 5,000 WordPress blogs that’s en route to 10,000.  This means any SEO Link Monster member can post topically relevant articles with backlinks pointing back to their money pages… and distribute these articles across ALL of these blogs.

If you’re still new to search engine optimization, this is huge.

All of these sites in the network are aged, with a page rank of 1-4 (for their home page).  The end result is that your articles will be published on sites that have decent authority in the eyes of the search engines, thereby giving those links more power.

You’ll be able to drip feed articles to 14 different blogs each day, on complete autopilot.  They’ve even got a built-in spinning tool that allows you to write one article, then “spin” that article into hundreds or even thousands of unique versions.

What about the negatives for SEO Link Monster?

As far as cons go, I’d say that price would be the first one to come to mind.  If you’re broke right now, this might be a little too rich for your blood.  You’d be better off saving up for a couple months and reexamining this service when the time is right and you’re more financially stable.

Another downside is that you’ll need to learn how to spin articles properly, if you haven’t already.  It’s not that bad, but can get a little confusing the first few times you run through it.

I suggest using The Best Spinner in place of the built-in tool supplied inside of the SEO Link Monster members area.  Theirs isn’t bad, but The Best Spinner is superior.

Lastly, this 2012 link building MONSTER is missing one key component:  there’s no automated social sharing.  This isn’t a huge deal and what I suggest is installing a simple plugin that allows visitors to retweet, like and plus one your content.

As long as your website is offering something cool, the Facebook likes, Twitter retweets, Google plus ones and other social bookmarking should take off on it’s own.  But you should understand, that going forward, you do want to have some social proof out there to back up the links you’ll be getting from SEO Link Monster.

In other words, the links from SEO Link Monster by themselves are pretty damn powerful and will get you to the top of Google.

But to stay on top, it’s best to show Google that other users are supporting your top ranking by giving you their “vote” of approval through these popular social media outlets.
