Net Space Profits 3.0 Review

What’s happening guys, welcome to my Net Space Profits 3.0 review.  Is the third time a charm for creator Tyler Ericsson?  Make sure you read every last word on this page to find out…

Hi, I’m Brad Campbell.  I’ve made lots of money online.  Most of it has come from what I’d call traditional affiliate marketing.  You know, find a good product, write a review, drive traffic and make easy commissions.

However, about a year or so ago I had a major aha moment.

I realized I could use the same skills I was leveraging to dominate as a super affiliate to tap into what I call “local” affiliate marketing.

During that aha moment, here’s what I realized:

• The opportunities are endless
• The competition is laughable, at best
• “Commissions” would be recurring each month (dependable income is key)
  
• The amount per “sale” is exponentially greater when compared to standard affiliate marketing
• Small businesses generally have a hefty marketing budget
• None of these local businesses had a clue about online marketing (they needed MY help)
• I had an opportunity to make them six or seven figures EXTRA each year
• It would be much easier to rank my websites when you include a “geo-modifier” (city name)
• And that’s just the tip of the iceberg – I had to give this a shot…

So that’s what I did.

My mentor of choice was none other than Tyler Ericsson.  At the time he’d just released Net Space Profits 2.0.  I jumped on it.  After all, I’m a huge believer in paying someone who’s already achieved what you want – that’s the only legitimate way of streamlining results.

The business model he presented inside of Net Space Profits was solid.  Basically, you find a business in any city and then build a simple website that ranks in Google for their main keywords.

As an example, if you wanted to target chiropractors in Chicago, IL… you’d simply build a page on “Chicago chiropractors” and work to get that page at the top of page one.

Once you’re ranked, you now own a valuable piece of virtual real estate.  From here, you reach out to (in this case) local Chicago chiropractors and offer to lease that page to one of them.

You can charge hundreds of dollars per month and set the billing up so that your “rent money” for that page automatically flows into your account every 30 days.

Let’s say you charged the suggested price of $300 per month (which is what Tyler uses in his examples) and you rinsed and repeated this 10 times – you’re looking at a cool $3,000 in passive profits each month.  Not bad, right?

But does Net Space Profits 3.0 work as advertised?  And do I agree with every part of Tyler Ericsson’s system?

Yes and no.  Let me explain.  When I bought the course Tyler encouraged you to use subdomains to rank these individual pages.

I don’t agree with that, since it can be a pain in the ass to rank subdomains high in Google.  Instead of following that advice, I tweaked the formula slightly and instead bought separate keyword rich domains for each local business I was targeting.

BINGO.  Like shooting fish in a barrel.  I mean, I expected it to be easy to rank these sites, but I was surprised at just how quickly I was able to do it.

In some cases, I was on the bottom of page one in about 24-hours.

That was the easy part.  The hard part was booking a client to lease each page or website to.  Tyler removes the unpleasant burden of cold calling by providing you with his proven template that you simply add your name to and mail out to the businesses in the city you selected.

That’s good and all – and I did see results using that strategy – but I actually thought of an easier method that proved to be even more effective at closing sales.  This method was way more effective at educating these prospective businesses and showing the amazing value I was offering.

When I added this technique into the mix, conversions skyrocketed.  But don’t get me wrong, there were still times when I struggled.  It’s just that overall, my ‘special sauce’ allowed me to take the Net Space Profits program to the next level (and far beyond).

Put it this way: instead of charging a measly $300 a month and having to throw up dozens of these little web properties to make big boy money…

I was able to charge as much as $5,000 a month for just one website.  That’s ongoing, month after month – and businesses are happy to pay for it.

Do you think I’m full of it?  Is this really possible?  Am I exaggerating like all the other gurus out there?  And if I’m telling the truth, what’s my secret?
