I took a little vacation from blogging the past couple weeks (obviously).
Been chillin’ like a villain.
Had some friends in town staying with us — one of ‘em was my buddy from pharmacy school and he’s got a daughter now, so my little man had a friend to hang out with. That’s us being “super dads” at a spring training baseball game.
Gotta love sunny Arizona ;-)
What else? We ate entirely too much. Drank a little too much…
… but had a good excuse for that, as we were celebrating multiple birthdays. March is a popular month I guess.
Here we are doing up a little bottle service in Scottsdale. Rough night, lol…
Business-wise, I’ve just been taking good care of my entrepreneur coaching clients. I also added another level to this program, for those of you who’re dying to start but can’t quite finance the top level pricing.
I’ve been forcing myself to spend twenty minutes a day reading sales letters and a few choice blogs that have outstanding copywriting. I hate reading (I blame pharmacy school), but I notice a direct correlation between how fluid the words flow when I spend more time doing it.
You’ve heard me say it before, but the better you can express yourself in your blog posts, audios and videos, the more money you’ll make online. So make sure you’re putting in some reps each day studying good copy.
Another thing I’ve been focused on lately is Google and their latest spanking episode.
In the last few weeks there has been a lot of buzz about websites getting knocked back or de-indexed altogether. Much of the noise points to Google warning these website owners of unnatural or spammy link building practices.
It’s an interesting time in Internet marketing, because I seriously think we’re coming to a point where the weak players are going to get weeded out faster than ever before.
I’m not one to preach that the sky is falling, but I’d warn anyone who’s being overly lazy (with content and links) to step it up quick, or risk losing everything.
Hmm, that’s about it on my end.

I haven’t noticed any changes in my rankings but thanks for the tip because I have been going at it aggressively lately and might hafta pull back a little.
