Just my 2 cents….I bought Coffee Shop Millionaire to find out the first thing they want to do is sell you more stuff!!!! I think that is what your “other” reader is complaining about above.
Their offer of a FREE website is one which YOU never really get to own yourself (if i remember correctly, you have to keep paying for their web hosting service or you basically lose the site).
There is some good info on Clickbank for beginners, but nothing you can’t get off the internet or various forums for free.
Yes, I got what the other guy was talking about, but was very confused, as this is NOT my product so he was talking to the wrong guy. Any $37 or $47 CB product is going to have upsells. That’s how they make their money — on the back end, that is.
Most courses are that way. Ideally, they organize, refine and optimize all that free information into a workable strategy that you can follow to achieve success online. You could spend years of your life sifting through free info and learning the hard way what works and what doesn’t, however, I much prefer so invest thousands in my education to just have someone tell me exactly what to do. That’s how I got to where I’m at today…

I think coffeeshop millionaire is brilliant the only problem is people seem to think you buy a product do nothing and wait for $10k a month to start they are called affiliate marketing, programs for a reason you become an affiliate and then you go hard core marketing. When you pay the $37 to purchase the Coffee Shop Millionaire system — how much extra does it cost on the up-sells that make the system work like it is advertised?
I recently purchased what was supposed to be an automated system for $37 and it wound up costing me over $200 by the time I purchase the software that automated the entire system. Haven’t made a dime with this system and it has been almost 2 weeks since I launched it to start making me money.
Hey Wayne, I’m not sure of the exact totals, but I do know that you will get hit with upsells, unfortunately. All these ClickBank products go crazy with the upsells. I’d plan on at least a couple weeks as well, in terms of how long it takes to get something going. Anything that promises overnight riches is NOT telling the truth ;-)
The term applied is called forced continuity. Everyone is doing it man!!! Think about when you buy a car, they sell you a warranty, car mats, oil changes etc… Or the last time you joined an MLM, back office 29.99 per month, marketing material, auto ship and on and on it goes. Everybody is in on it, thats how the rich get richer. If you don’t have your own landing page then how can you monitor traffic flow and gather people for future marketing sales. Just think, I input my email address to post this and now it is captured in Brads system so now he can sell me something I may need. Its how the system works, the key is to sell something that people A want and B will create raving fans. Money screen shots are truly a way to paint a picture but for me are a waste. I’m a systems person who doesen’t need much but a manual and I’m ready to go.

I see your point, but I also understand where they’re coming from. I’m sure they get hundreds of silly questions a day. It’s surprising to me how many people spend their time looking into these products that they’re assuming won’t work and are already worried about getting a refund.
My advice: if you don’t have $37 to invest in building your online business, you should not even be attempting to build one. Save up for a few months and come back to it when you’ve got the capital to invest. And certainly don’t spend your time studying courses that you feel won’t deliver.
You get what you pay for in life, which is why my one-on-one coaching goes for $10k (and climbing).
Although I do feel that Coffee Shop Millionaire is one of the few decent beginner courses out there, it’s definitely no magic bullet and statistics show us that most people still will never make a dime using this (or other courses).
I like your style of writing particularly on this coffee shop millionnair review. I’ve seen a lot of systems out there and this is a good one! But I agree, no one can be lazy when it comes to starting and continuing an internet business!

Now I am seeinfg in other peoples comments that more money will be required after you pay the initial $47. I don;t have a problem paying $47 but once I do is that what I am to expect? Hey Jill, yes the main product is $47, but you will be presented with a couple of “upsells” that offer additional goodies above and beyond. These are completely optional and you do not have to buy them. No, other than hosting, a domain and maybe email management you should be able to get started. I would plan on spending some money on SEO as you get going though.

Well, I don’t think any product can help everyone out there. That’s the problem with this niche — most products sell using extreme hype, which gives everyone out there the sense that any lazy person who can click a mouse will make thousands. Fact is, no matter how good any course is, it takes a dedicated entrepreneur to put it into action and make it work. If you’re extremely focused, yes it’s worth investing in.

This seems to have become a forum for complaints about Coffee Shop Millionaire. I think this is the case because we cannot get replies from them. I paid the $37, turned down the upsells, and listened to one presentation. Then I logged out, checked my online banking to see if the charge came out, which it did. Went back to CSM, tried to log in, and it said my e-mail was invalid. I never received anything from them in my e-mail, and they never replied to my e-mail asking about the problems I was having. It appears to be just another scam to take money away from “the little guy”. As they say, the rich get richer….
Well, it’s not a scam – I know that much. Judging by the fact that most of these comments are from ppl who don’t even realize that this is just a blog post that gives my 2 cents on the program… i have to wonder whether it’s their customer service or a lack of savvy and understanding by those who’re purchasing Coffee Shop Millionaire. I’ve bought tons of ClickBank courses and other products when I was just getting started and never once did I have a login issue. Yes, most of the courses are complete garbage, but I honestly can’t believe that you’d have issues just accessing their content. Try clearing your cache, and then log in again…
To start any successful business online, your best bet is to have a product and your own website. And expect it to take a long time to make money. All this other garbage is just that….garbage. Notice how you never hear anything really specific? You just hear how easy it is and that it makes a lot of money. You are just a sheep being fleeced. Unfortunately, what P.T. Barnum said was true.
